Zagreb Stock Exchange on July 5, 2021, issued a Decision approving the admission to trading on the Progress market bonds of ICF Progress d.o.o. (ISIN: HRICFPO266A8, CDCC CODE ICFP-O-266A, ZSE Code: 3ICF.).
A total of 10,000,000 bonds of an individual nominal amount of HRK 1.00 were admitted to trading.
According to the Admission Document, the issuer intends to use the funds raised by issuing the respective bonds to invest in micro, small and medium enterprises.
The admission contract was signed by Ratko Bajakić, Director of ICF Progress, and Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
