News: First bonds on the Progress Market

Zagreb Stock Exchange on July 5, 2021, issued a Decision approving the admission to trading on the Progress market bonds of ICF Progress d.o.o. (ISIN: HRICFPO266A8, CDCC CODE ICFP-O-266A, ZSE Code: 3ICF.).

A total of 10,000,000 bonds of an individual nominal amount of HRK 1.00 were admitted to trading.

According to the Admission Document, the issuer intends to use the funds raised by issuing the respective bonds to invest in micro, small and medium enterprises.
The admission contract was signed by Ratko Bajakić, Director of ICF Progress, and Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

We are also very pleased that the market we have formed and registered as one of the first SME Growth markets in the EU is receiving debt instrument for the first time and we believe that this step will show that a globally very popular SME financing instrument has its place in the domestic capital market. The first day of trading is July 7, 2021.
